Cruise Ship vacations can be fun for everyone. They allow travelers to visit multiple destinations without purchasing multiple flights. Once you are onboard the ship they have activities for all adult and kid friendly. Planning is everything on the ship and once at port.

Are you ready to Design your Getaway? Let’s Get started, planning is everything. Here’s what I provide, personal service with attention to detail. I’ll be with you from start to finish and I’ll tailor your trip based on your desires and budget. I specialize in Caribbean destinations and based on your feedback we can decide if a Cruise or an All-Inclusive will be right for you.
What’s Included with an All-Inclusive: All-Inclusive is a meal plan that includes all meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol). Most resorts are beach front & include entertainment and non-motorized water sports. There will be plenty of options to add additional activities at your cost. Passports are needed.
What’s included with a Cruise: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Drinks (Usually tea, lemonade and some juices). Many cruise lines have specialty dining and drink packages at your cost. Most cruise lines offer daily activities, kids clubs, night clubs and some activities at cost but there are tons of free activities onboard. Excursions on port days are at your cost and can be purchased through the cruise line or with me via trusted suppliers. Passports are recommended.
The Booking Process: Once the Qualification form is completed, I can begin servicing you or your group. An individual booking ($25 set up fee) comes with up to three options for your viewing. Once an option is selected a deposit can be made to lock in pricing and a final payment due date will be given. A group booking ($50 set up fee) is handled in the same manner but has up to 4 options and includes a Zoom meeting (up to 20 mins) for the group. In addition, changes to reservations after booking will incur a $25 fee (per change) to me and any supplier fees. All booking Fees will be returned one week before travel if the trip is booked. Insurance is recommended. If you would like a cash back option in case of cancelation, insurance must be paid for within 7 days of deposit.
How to make payments: My office hours are Tuesday-Friday 12-8pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. Payments and Invoices can be made online. Clients preferring to make payments by phone will be scheduled on Mondays & Fridays. Please email me if you need to schedule a different day of the week.
Cancellation policy: All Cancellations after booking will incur a $50 cancellation fee paid to TravelDesignedbyShonda prior to me submitting the cancellation and any supplier fees/penalties.
